When you choose to take a driving course with SID you will always have a practical test booked in ready to take at the end of the course.
We offer intensive and semi-intensive driving courses so you can choose a learning pace that best suits you.
We are a family business and have successfully been helping people pass their driving tests since 2008.
We offer a professional way to learn to drive where your training is carefully planned to ensure that your lessons are enjoyable and effective.
Using a client centred learning approach, we tailor lessons to the unique needs of each pupil, and help even the most nervous of drivers to drive with confidence.
Test routes and mock tests are always part of every course to give you that extra confidence to pass first time.
We only use patient, reliable and experienced instructors. If you are one and interested in working with us then get in touch.
Our instructors are experienced in providing intensive driving courses to all, but we are specialists in teaching pupils with SEN and anxiety.
Our instructors are aware of the additional requirements, focusing on the needs of the individual and where necessary, creating a bespoke programme. Learn to drive in a calm, understanding and patient environment with instructors who have the experience to help nurture confident and skilled drivers.
Whatever your requirements we have the experience and knowledge to provide you with the right course and tuition to get passed quickly and confidently.
All courses include the practical test fee. If you’d like the theory test included or the practical test omitted because eg. you already have one booked, then mention this when booking. We can source short notice theory and practical tests, so you can sit back and let us take care of everything from start to pass.
This one day course is extremely helpful to anyone who can already drive but is struggling to pass the driving test. Having a fresh pair of eyes and a different approach can make all the difference. Also perfect as a refresher or to top-up hours if you’d like a little more practice.
This course would ideally suit anyone who is already comfortable with car control and has experience of the different types of junctions, including roundabouts. You will already have good overall decision making, covered the majority of the syllabus and needs car time with an instructor to strengthen and develop the weak areas and get them test ready. (Again, please call to discuss, happy to help)
This course is ideal for those that have reasonable car control are familiar with the POM and MSM routines and reasonably confident at T-Junctions. You can move off and pull up next to the kerb and keep reasonable car positioning in most situations. (This is just a guide, please call to let us know your driving experience if you’re unsure and would like a friendly chat)
